Posture 08 - High pat on horse
The tip of the left foot is on the ground (remember not to raise the heel too much to avoid contractions in our calf muscles) then we procede with the technique. We attack our hypothetical opponent as if we were cutting his throat with our right hand. Then we move forward with a small step and we hit his throat with our left hand.
All our body must be vertical and balanced. To guarantee balance and grounding we must always keep our verticality and the heaviness of our body starting with our head, which is "hanging" from the sky, whilst the rest of our body flops as a sand bag.
The application of this position is a cutting blow with our right hand to the opponent's throat.
