Posture 09 - Turn body and chop with fist
Our body turns to the right, moving our weight to the left leg before turning the right one and vice versa not to strain our knees.
We make a fist with our right hand whilst the left one saves a blow to the face, the right foot is slightly lifted and then returns to the ground with its tip to the right.
Relaxation, physical and mental tone are the three essential elements of Tai Chi. When we practice we must keep a high level of concentration and intention to guarantee movement awareness and avoiding contractions but keeping good muscle tone.
This position includes a defensive technique and two attack ones: rotating we simulate a save carried out with our left hand followed by a counterattack towards the opponent's face with the back of our right hand, whilst we kick him.
