Posture 10 - Step forward, parry block and punch
Move forward with our left foot and punch the face, put the left hand inside the right elbow.
Relaxation, physical and mental tone are the three essential elements of Tai Chi. When we practice we must keep high level of concentration and intention to guarantee movement awareness and avoiding contractions but keeping good muscle tone.
This position involves a save with the left hand whilst we move forward and a punch to the face or throat of the opponent.
