Posture 12 - Cross hands
To enter this position we half rotate our body towards the left, drawing a big circle with our arms. Following this, we keep the weight on our right leg and we lower our left arm as if we were picking up a flower, coming back up with our arms crossed.
Our breathing must be natural. During the execution of this form it is important to keep our breathing steady and natural. We can associate movements to the breathing (generally we inhale in gathering moments and we exhale during expansion), this should happen in a spontaneous way and not be forced. Inner calm and concentration can aid natural breathing.
The technique in this position consists ideally in saving a punch to the face: we cross and lift our hands to deflect the blow.
