Introduction Tai Chi Form 13

 

The 13 Form is a simplified form created by the master Yang Zhenduo, son of the master Yang Chengfu who contributed to the spreading of Tai Chi in China.

Yang Zhenduo has passed on his knowledge to M. Liu Chun Yan who has taught Francesco Curci, director of Energia e Forma.

When we practice this form we need to imagine a fight with one or more opponents with our same body build. For this reason the comments to the single positions are completed by the martial art interpretation which has inspired their creation. Furthermore I have added some technical notes which are usually difficult to understand by mere observation.
